Refund policy

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with written notice.

• If the Client cancels the project within three (3) days of work commencing, ThemeCraft will refund 50% of the initial payment made. The second payment will not be charged.
• If the Client cancels the project more than three (3) days after work has commenced, the initial 50% payment is non-refundable. ThemeCraft reserves the right to pro-rate the second payment based on the amount of work completed up to the cancellation date. Any remaining balance from the projected second payment will not be payable by the Client.
